Brand and print

Your logo, shapes, gradients, fonts and a saved brand style. Print sheets for stickers, cards, posters and folded table tents, including one code per place. Connect 1 custom domain for your short links.

Route and monitor

Schedule destination changes, set separate iPhone and Android links, and add campaign tags for Google Analytics. Hourly link checks flag broken destinations, and alerts tell you when a link breaks or a previously busy code goes quiet.

Understand your scans

12 months of scan history with countries, cities, devices, busiest days and hours, and placement comparisons. Export CSV data and print PDF reports. Scans measure activity; they do not identify individual customers or prove a sale.

Share contact details

Editable contact pages with Save contact and a downloadable vCard, plus Apple Wallet and Google Wallet cards. Change your details without replacing the printed QR code.

Accept payment links

An editable payment page with Zelle details to copy and links to Venmo, PayPal and Cash App. Payments happen through those services; FutureQR does not process the payment.

Café: a menu on every table

1. Put your menu page or PDF on your own website or file host, then create a dynamic code for that link.
2. Add your café logo and print folded table tents. Use one code everywhere, or create a code per table to compare scan activity.
3. Change the destination when the menu moves. Review scans and fix destinations flagged by link monitoring.

FutureQR currently links to your hosted menu; menu/PDF upload and food ordering are not included. Guest Wi-Fi codes are static: a new password needs a new print.

Agent: a contact card that stays current

1. Create a Pro contact card with your phone, email and website.
2. Print its QR on your business cards or flyers. Share the contact page or add the card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.
3. Update your details on the same code and review scans and vCard downloads.

For a property listing, point a separate dynamic code at your existing listing or tour page. Property-page hosting and inquiry forms are not included.

Printer: prepare a client’s print run

1. Organize codes in a folder for the client or project. Import a CSV for different destinations, or create many named codes for the same link.
2. Apply the design to the folder’s active codes, download a named PNG/SVG ZIP, or print one of each code in the selected folders.
3. Share a CSV or PDF scan report with the client after the campaign.

You manage the codes from your account. Folders do not provide separate client logins, editing permissions or a client dashboard.
