Static codes are $0 with no account. A free account includes 2 dynamic codes. Pro is $12 a month or $99 a year for 100 active codes. QRCodeChimp Free includes 10 dynamic codes and unlimited static codes. Starter includes 50 dynamic codes for $9.99 a month, or $6.99 a month billed annually ($83.88 a year).
FutureQR does not cap scans on any plan. Every plan has unlimited scans.
QRCodeChimp Free allows 1,000 scans per month across all dynamic codes. Codes pause when that allowance is used and resume the next month. Starter includes 10,000 scans per month. Static codes have unlimited scans.
